Chipotle Mexican Grill

Worst chipotle, order online for pickup, decided to stay there and eat at one of their table instead, my order was not on time which it wasn't a big deal for me but when they had it ready the meal was cold, and on top of that my order was not made with what I ordered, wonder if they just make up what they want and send it for delivery without caring, servers were rude and tables not very clean

Had bad experience last night with them not happy I order online my food was not ready they did not have Burrito and chips I am not happy I had to get back in line and call my family the one I order for this see what they wanted to pay as much as we did and plus one of the employees look so miserable and she threw my guacamole and I did not get what I pay for my guacamole I understand everything is going on but that not how you deal with you us or anyone I wanted a good meal and I ended up not happy with my food

Didn't have guacamole. Went to pick up online order that had guacamole in it. Associate behind the register refused to give me a refund or some other equivalent food item. Instead told me to come back later, spend money on more food, and he'd give me some free guacamole.You know, assuming he still works there and remembers.

Ordered a meal phone and had it delivered to my home. The order was wrong: I requested a burrito and a bowl, but instead got two of the same bowls. Also ordered two Mexican cokes, but only received one. Tried to call the restaurant, and someone picked up the phone, but immediately sweet it down and left it there without ever answering. Tried calling again, and the line was busy. No way to get my money back shy of driving there personally.

The employees are not friendly at all. (Except for the young guy with glasses at the register)Not all the ingredients were ready. And then they were super stingy with the food they did use. When we asked for more guacamole, she rolled her eyes and added one extra tablespoon. And the chips were tasteless.

Friendly. Good portions. Quick. What more is needed to say about a Chipotle? This is our neighborhood one and it can get pretty busy, but this staff is on it and they manage to get the lines down quick while also giving each individual excellent service and great portions of food!

They are not that friendly, toilets constantly logged, not to clean to eat in,and the food is good but don't expect much meat,all you will have is veggies,good if you are vegan.

I can agree that they are definitely stingy on the meat. I ordered a carne asada bowl and the server literally put 5 pieces of meat on there. She did the same for my chicken bowl. I ended up paying extra for double chicken $2.50 and double carne asada $4.25. That's $6.75 extra when a regular chicken bowl costs $7.25

Terrible set up. Servers rushed you through. As a senior citizen, I would like to know I can take my time. I requested the carnitas, but on closer inspection I passed on that. The serving container had not been refilled and the carnitas looked white and syrupy; it looked yucky. None of the other meat containers were anymore then 10 percent filled, so I went with the chicken. Although my chicken bowl tasted good, none of my selections were more than room temp. There were very few forks left, and I really inspected the container before pulling the fork. Not unusual in the Chipotle's I have been in but the steel counters and tables had bits of food on them. Saw a cleaner wiping down but there was still a lot of debris. Apparently, Chipotle's still has a bad business model; serve food in the fastest way you can and get them out the door.

Chipotle Mexican Grill was Delicious. I know its extremely busy bit the Employees need to Listen to the customers wants. My brother told the young lady behind the counter about wanting sour cream and lettuce but was distracted by a fellow employee asking a question and she went ahead and put the top on my brother's food. When a gentleman started to bag our food, my brother asked him to put sour cream and lettuce on his food in which he told the young lady to do. I recommend Chipotle Mexican Grill if you want great food at okay prices and a place for families to sit down and eat dinner together. It was clean inside and outside as well as the restroom.

I wouldn’t normally post a bad review, but after having the experience I did, I couldn’t refrain. I always love eating at Chipotle, especially because of their Sofritas Vegetarian protein option, as I have been a vegetarian for over 4 years now. However, after ordering the sofritas tacos on Tuesday for pickup at this location, I later ate through half a taco, before biting into a piece of steak and realizing I had been eating a meat infested taco. Obviously I was devastated by this due to my beliefs, and am disappointed especially since I have been in the food, spirits, and hospitality business for 5 years and have always strived to be meticulous and provide excellent customer service... it is sad I can’t simply receive the same.

Just went to pick up food, left 5 minutes ago, and the Manager sitting at a table telling anybody that comes in they have to have a mask on. Yet he had no protective facial covering at all. Of the six employees that I saw, everyone that did have protective covering had it pulled down to their chin exposing their mouth and nose while they were making the food. When I said something to him he told me employees do not have to wear it only customers

I am COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED with this location! For the most part I am very understanding especially during these stressful times but to be waiting for a refund for over 3 weeks now then being put on hold for over 30 minutes waiting to be speak to a manager is VERY unacceptable. Sadly it’s something so minor that it could’ve just been fixed the same day the order was placed but now it’s dragged out for almost a month. This is disgusting and unprofessional behavior and I honestly will NEVER give them my business ever again.

This one of the participating restaurants that have queso. They don’t have Lemonade but they have queso.

My family and I walked into this Chipotle store reall excited to purchase food. When ordering, my wife asked for a steak burrito and the young kid put like a table spoon worth of steak in the burrito. I decided not to eat her but my kids and wife had already ordered. After getting pur food we tried to fine a place to sit and almost every table was dirty. This location is horrible! I am very very disappointed Chipotle.

Idk but I always end up having some sort of stomachache after eating chipotle.

not sure what happened to this place. i think they hired a new wave of staff members that are not properly trained. its just been gross lately. the steak is super dry while also being fatty. the lettuce for the salads is barely cut it makes it impossible to eat huge chunks of lettuce. the salad dressings are super salty and not sweet like they used to be. the chips are stale with large chunks of salt. its becoming inedible. pretty sad

Chewy steak and they are too fast at the counter. It's like a game show vs listening to customer order

Line was super slow. Card machines were down. Had to write down my card number on a slip of paper. Didn't feel very secure like that.

Pretty crazy how this place has had bad reviews the customer service was amazing! They were incredibly patient and didnt complain or give me any attitude when asked for more rice or meat or veggies. Just recently moved into this area and I will definitely be coming back to this specific location because of how welcomed I felt.

The food at Chipotle Mexican grill tasted very good, however they did not have all the items posted. After our food was in the bowls the line was stalled, and the bowls just sat with the hot food waiting for the add-ons- sour cream, salsa, etc. The manager appeared to be focused on satisfying one particular customer well everyone waited in the stalled line. I like Chipotle but I will not go back to that particular place.

Has to be the worst Chipotle in South Florida. The only reason my husband and I never bother even coming here is because it is two minutes away from our house. They can never get the orders right, especially the online orders, and the staff is a bunch of young people with zero supervision from any manager that I can ever see. Whenever I’ve asked to talk to a manager they always say that they are not in right now... avoid and go to a different location

Cold food. Not acceptable.

Walked in to try the carne asada. Get to the front just to be told they’re out of carne asada. So I choose half chicken, half steak. Then told they’re out of steak too. It’s a Wednesday at 12:30pm, doesn’t take a genius to realize its peak lunch time, and you are down two options with no one manning the grill? Sounds like a solid business model. To top this enjoyable experience off, the meal is ice cold. This location has been getting worse with every visit. I’ll gladly drive out of the way to avoid this one

The customer service sucked, the line was long and the taste was a complete No Thanks and Just not for me.

Come here often and see 50% of fresh food and the guacamole has been black and not completely fres.. in addition the salad shows brown spots on the leafs. And this is very disappointing plus they do not change gloves often when they touch the handle to scoop your food and then swipe your card. That is cross contamination. Workers need to understand when guacamole is bad and when to change gloves. Sad to see this very often. Blame the manager for not training the employees thoroughly.

Do not order pickup from this store. Worst ever. Ordered for after an hour time. Reached there after 15 min of pickup time. They kept me waited for another 30 minutes. Why do Chipotle even have online pickup service ?

Horrible, absolutely horrible customer service, and on top of that they NEVER, EVER answer the phones no matter how many times you call. Orders are always wrong. Recently I made an online order paid for guacamole on all of them and guess what, no guacamole and other toppings where missing. I hate leaving bad reviews but I’ve had it with this place. Not to mention how dirty it is in there. Unbelievable.

I just left chipotle in Coconut Creek on route 441. Don’t get me wrong, I love chipotle! But during this time of the crisis in our country, some people need to be trained on how to properly wear their mask! I had to ask the girl that waited on me to place the mask over her nose. As I was watching her make the food for customers ahead of me, she is breathing all over the food! She was indeed nice enough to take her self out of the line, washer hands to comply with my request. During that time, another young lady came up and took my order. As I was at the register, I looked over and the same girl was wearing the mask under her nose again! What sense does this make?? Managers, please, please train your employees to wear their masks and gloves the proper way if you want to continue to getting business from the consumer during a time that a lot of businesses are closing.

Waited over 1 hr for delivery, and they canceled the delivery. I called the manager and told me to come pick up the food or go request the refunds. This store needs a more responsible person as a manager. Sounded like dishwasher was on the manager position.

Literally the WORST CHIPOTLE I've ever been to. I'm not kidding every single time I go to this location there's an issue. The service is terrible, everyone's rude. My bfs pinto beans were under cooked. They are out of chips, last time I came they weren't serving guac.the time before that they added way too much sour cream to my food. I'll just go to Tijuana flats across the street from now.

The guacamole was bad, black. You just hope that none of us gets sick. See pictures This was a ripoff as we pay extra for guacamole, this is very insulting for your loyal customers. If you don’t have good guac just make sure you add on the online ordering that it is not available.Very disappointed. How could you even serve that.Oh and the kids meal is missing the fruit and the drink

I come here 3 or 4 times a month, each time seems to be worse than the last. I get less steak each time, and the staff is pretty rude. This will be my last trip to this chipotle, I’ll go out of my way to avoid this location.

This was/is always one of the worst Chipotle locations. Today they were supposed to open at 11:00 AM but didn’t open till 3:03 PM just a few minutes after the employee waved me away and I had gone next door to give my business instead. Great time to upset customers and let go of money.

Stale chips, dirty dining room, mediocre food, but the sweet tea was good though.. probably was sitting there marinating for a while. Oh I almost forgot, the new bag of chips was just as stale as the first one but the chips the employee was munching on as she handed me the "fresher bag" sounded super crispy. Maybe the fresher tastier food was in the back, idk.

Servers were nice. Gave us proper portions. Food was as expected. Just a little more spicy than normal.

I have never felt so much discrimination in my life! The manager directly targeted me based on my choice of mask, even though it was clearly representative of CDC guidlines. When I was offered an alternative mask I felt unsafe because I was unaware of the contact that mask might have had. I will not be returning to this chipolte.

It is what it is. The queso blanco is the same as the old queso just white instead of yellow

Even though the food is high in calories, their food is still one of my favorites.

The food was warm and fresh and prepared quickly. It was actually a short line so I got lucky with that. I didnt like that 4 of the fountain drinks was "out of order". Also the sweet tea was completely empty so I asked one of the employees to bring a new one. He did it quickly but he brought the regular tea even though the container was marked as sweet tea. I have come many times before to this location but never had any issues or problems before so I will keep coming back. Friendly staff, warm food, clean place.

Freshly made food right in front of you. Delivery, To-go, or Eat in, I will always come to place to eat again.

Tables and floors are always dirty. Drink station is nasty

I've been coming to this location for a little under 12 years and this is the Chipotle I least like but it's in the most convenient location. there for portion sizes are much smaller than other proportion sizes I've seen it other Chipotle's and during the weekdays at night that tend to be a little rude but the food is still very fresh.

Food is good. Staff is pleasant. Can't complain about this place.

Staff are not friendly. It appears they do not enjoy their job. It appears no manager is present. Quite often never enough food in the steam table.

Terrible service. Ordering online always an issue, the store was empty and employees didn’t even make my order when I Showed up after the time it told me. Worst chipotle I have been to.

The food was delicious. However, the place was dirty and the bathroom was very dirty. All the napkin dispensers were out. They ran out of taco shells. They ran out of chips. I think they are short-staffed. The line was to the door. Management, hire more staff, please. The staff couldn't keep up.
